Whenever we travel in Italy we stop at one of the outlets. Huge parking lot with many shops and restaurants. Great location for a rest. Very nicely arranged free toilet and changing facilities for children. the price of food is a bit more expensive. Discounts on clothes are from -20% to -50% depending on the store. I will definitely never go back to Desigual again, because I was cheated

Beautiful place, it gives you the feel to walk in a small town. Many clothing stores, some restaurants and benches/sofa to relax. Clean as well! Lot of garbage bins. The place is dog/cat friendly

Great place to shop, well maintained and everyone was incredibly polite and inviting. However if your a tourist and need to use the tax return box speak to anyone but the lady. She was absolutely useless, needed to send my passport via email and did it twice because she “didn’t receive it”. She was so incapable of doing her job that she couldn’t read the screen in front of her that had my two emails sitting there. She then takes my credit card, as part of the procedure, and then tells me the bank is stopping me from doing it. I called them they said it was absolutely fine I tried it using it for a payment and it went absolutely smooth. Her attitude was poor and she was simply unprofessional. Which is a real shame because her colleague ,the gentleman, was faultless. The women's tone was condescending (to everyone i saw her interact with not just myself) whilst he was understanding and took time to explain the procedure which helped me in the long run. Ruined one of my limited days in this country and would deter me from going back. I have just left and as Arthur Glen I would seriously consider who you have interacting with tourist who have traveled thousands of miles to spend money in my establishment. I’m not one to leave complaints but in this case felt compelled to do so.

A very relaxing place to shop. The place is equipped with clean bathrooms and lots of places to eat if you are hungry. If you want to take a break from shopping I recommend Bollicine&Co for Italian drinks and dishes.

Beautiful Outlet.. So many stores.. We were there for hours.. Neat with all the colored animals..
