They can’t even read online orders correctly. When someone wants to “minus” items, there’s usually a good reason. I have a tomato allergy, they ignore special instructions. What a waste of money ordering online.

Bought sandwiches here for my family this week. Wasn't really impressed by the sandwiches. Some better quality than subway, but way over priced for not that much of an improvement in quality. Really liked the Portabella Chicken Cheese Wrap. The Original Italian skimped on the non-ham meat (what is the point if this sandwich is mostly ham?)Mainly the portion size was small for the price with the Regular size seeming to be about 8 . For similar price at subway everyone gets Dinner and a lunch from a 12 sub.The original Italian has Ham, Cappacuolo, Pepperoni and Prosciuttini meats. It was over half ham. Couldn't even taste the other meats because the slices were so thin. Would definitely not recommend.I think Subway quality has improved enough that we will be going there for a better value.
