There Cheese Biscuits are to die for. There pick two menus is great along with a salad. They only offer a Caesar salad now which was disappointing. Because of covid they only have carry out, but when it is over, check out the wait staff they took care of your meal and the portions filled you up and had some for the next day ENJOY!!
I often command. I get crab legs every time. Prices have risen (like anything else to expect), but the portion sizes have gone down. Tonight I ordered the execution and I am very disappointed. My crabs and potatoes were cold. The crab legs looked old and evil. I didn't even eat the leg. What a waste of $40. Probably will not return after that. Not to mention the lady who brought my food out, she seemed to hate her job.
We celebrated a birthday with a friend. The meals were excellent! We ate the ultimate feast , admiral feast, and shrimp trio platters. The waitress was very attentive. She made very good suggestions on the menu. We can't wait to come back again.
The worst experience. Don't go to this place unless you want to wait a long time for your service, service being adequate at best, paying for their mistakes and I meant that literally, we got a burger and they never ask how we wanted it done, so we just assumed they will do it well done. When they gave us the burger, it was rare and I don't mean just a little, it was red bleeding rare. And also understand , why am I ordering a burger at a seafood place? it's BECAUSE I'm allergic to shellfish but I love their bread so that's most why I go to red lobster. Also it shouldn't take 20 to 30 mins to cook a second burger to well done and then give it to us not even cooked well done but done in medium well. Furthermore, we asked for biscuits as that is what we love about red lobster 1 dozen of them and instead of putting the biscuit in a box, they put it in a small bag, squashing the biscuits. At this point we regretted ever stepping foot to this red lobster location. While I do understand the short staffing, even in my line of work I don't treat guest this way and I also make sure to clean even if we are short staff. Not to mention that their table need fixing, it wobbled so bad I was scared to lean on it. There isn't an excuse for this bad experience. Please don't go here unless you want to aggravate yourself.
