Tubby's Sub Shops - Novi

We ordered a steak and cheese sandwich along with a pizza burger topped with banana peppers. Both dishes were delicious. We enjoyed the food while watching the Ford Fireworks on the river, which made for a great experience.

Extremely disappointed and I want a refund! I ordered two steaks and cheese Jumbo, which should be extra meat. You put more salad than real meat, and that's 12 inch subs! We had to take the meat from one half of our sub and put it on the other! One of the lower parts has very hard rocks like pieces in the flesh, so every bite you eat something hard and makes it impossible to chew. This is a great inconvenience and I wish you would pick up the phone! This food is unacceptable if we wanted to waste money, we would just rinse it to the toilet! Now we are still hungry for the B's food we have received. I wouldn't recommend it here!

If I could give a zero I would... I was totally in shock an dissatisfied with my experience tonight... First problem was I ordered cheese sticks along with my subs an fries. Cheese sticks I get are completely crumbled mush together. Get home to find out my subs are so horribly made. Missing ingredients and NOT toasted what so ever!

I'm sorry but this location should close. The employer and employees do not care. Tubbys corporate should look into this location. They are not making the sandwiches with any quality ? I will never ever ever go to this Tubbys. CLOSE THIS TUBBYS!

The cheese sticks at this restaurant were crushed at the bottom of the bag. I ordered one steak and cheese sandwich and one steak and cheese with mushrooms. Unfortunately, both subs were dry and lacked mushrooms and tomatoes. This happened at a restaurant in Riverview, Michigan on April 21st, 2022 at 8pm.
