Feedback gevenAmazing place to eat have been coming here for years but tonight was the first time I received negative service by 2 of the hostess. My server Julia was amazing as well as her second hand, but upon checking into our reservation the two black young hostess acted as if we were a nuisance when we approached them and when I asked them how their night was going they both stared at me with what felt like straight hostility, eyeing me down with a smug face, no response. Other than that we had an amazing night but it wasn’t great to be greeted by the Rude young ladies at the front, my guests felt the same way. Will definitely return again but just would prefer if I don’t see those sad mean girls
This is one of THE BEST steakhouses in Tampa. Their seafood is excellent! I highly recommend the fresh oysters, cold water lobster tails (not on the menu), and Chilean Sea Bass. The steaks are dry aged to perfection and finished with beef tallow for amazing flavor. Try the 32oz long bone ribeye with your date and you won't regret it. They open at 5, but be warned that you'll need a reservation as they get very busy on weekends. One trick is to show up at 430pm for a seat at the bar and you will likely get in quickly. Cody, Leigh, Geo, Sarah, Cedric, Jean-Micheal are all amazing and the service is always top notch. Order an espresso martini and thank me later.
I really enjoyed dining here. I’ve had some not-so-good experiences with a lot of the newer restaurants and it was refreshing to have not only good food but you can tell that the chefs have perfected their technique. Even the drinks were mixed just right. Our server was very knowledgeable about the specials and everything they had to offer as well. I will definitely be returning.
We celebrated our 23rd anniversary here. Our steaks were perfect as well as the huge sides that could be shared. I think that was one of the best salads I had ever had! The only way the dinner could have been better is if they had offered gluten-free bread. I had to watch my husband devour his in front of me. I was surprised, because most fancy steak restaurants have gluten-free bread or cheese crisps. Also, the drinks were incredibly expensive. We only drank soft drinks to save on the total cost. But, if you drink, don't drink much! You had to go into the casino to use the bathroom. Casinos can be a bit obnoxious. I think a stand-alone restaurant would have had better ambience. Overall, we had an amazing night and made some good memories. Our waitress brought us some beautiful chocolates and a glass of champagne! We gave her a nice tip! Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and the chef did an amazing job with my order. I felt great after eating and didn't have any after effects.
