Insomnia Cookies - Nowatney

I love insomnia cookies, but I’ve never had a good experience with this particular store. Delivery is always over an hour late, cookies arrive cold and burnt at the edges. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to ask about your order because tracking doesn’t update. Pick it up instead if you can otherwise you’ll wait 2 hours for cold, burnt cookies.

OMG these are delicious cookies. I hate Crumbl cookies because they’re sickeningly sweet, but these hit the spot and are quite the treat without being overly sugary. I shared them with my neighbors and my HVAC guy! Everyone raves about them.

Nice place with cool vibe and decorations. The cookies were unique although they were crazy expensive which is fine.the only complain was the cashier incompetent and kept coming back with the incorrect order. She should be writing down orders or something.

I came to pick up 2 DoorDash orders waited almost an hour. With one employee in the back doing nothing thank you for the obnoxious serviceI feel cheated one Oder was cancelled money was stolen from me they wasted my time. Never again ?
