Wawa - Nowatney

Three gas pumps out of order. Something caution taped off by the entrance too. Sketchy people milling around outside -seems common place? why? Employees seem terse; not friendly like customer-facing employees should be. Wanted to hang around at the tables outside to eat n drink our stuff but decided to leave.

Saturday June 25 3:30 am just leaving from dropping my daughter off at the airport,,have to get ready for work. I decided to come wawa to get a cappuccino to get my day started. The cappuccino machine was up no one had started to work on it yet because the lady was to busy talking ,I ask how long it would take to clean the machines she replies an hour, but remember she has not started cleaning yet because she is talking. I ask to speak to a manager he was so not concernedabout my complaint. I could have got me a cup of cappuccino. Customer service was not perfessonal. I come in wawa every day, and live the Trinity.

I come here every morning for my iced coffee on my way to work and Tamika does a great job. She is always the one working the drink counter and makes the drinks delicious, she?s fast, and has a pleasant attitude. This is my favorite Wawa in the area to get my drinks.

I ordered a hoagie here, and they got the order wrong, but I didn?t notice till I got home. Gave them a call and they were very nice with making sure I get another sandwich for free. When I cam in for it, the manager was extremely kind and helped me right away. Best gas station in tampa!

The store milk steamer is broken and has been for a while , so after standing around for my order to be made I'm told that I can have my drink cold. I don't want cold milk for my hot espresso. They did give me a refund but offered no apology or alternative in any way. I drove out of my way to get to this Wawa and waited for them not to give me what I waited for and they couldn't be bothered to try and satisfy a customer.
