Feedback gevenSuperb tapas-style creative curated dishes with elegant overtones. Chef definitely did a lot of research into coming up with the menu items, and it’s splendid! Well done! The venue is chilled, unpretentious but a little too simple, add some more character to the interiors, maybe use a different lighting and the place becomes golden! Service is exquisite, manager welcomes you at the door and waitresses are super helpful. We ordered almost all the starters to get what the Instagram hype on this place was all about. The crab kale salad was crispy, juicy, lemony and quite refreshing. The salmon carpaccio with truffle oil and parmesan shavings was beyond exquisite. The Buffalo Cheese appetizer merged flavours ranging from oriental molasses to Italian cream cheese. The truffle fries were light, crisp and averagely truffled. They could use additional “truffling”. The Waygu burger is out of this world, flavourful and just the right kind of juiciness, though a little overpriced at AED 68 for the portion (served without even a small side salad). The crab linguini is by far our favourite dish, superb melody of tastes and very affordable pricing at AED 64. Well done overall, a little bit of branding, design and character and you guys will make the high culinary scene of Dxb.
If you have been to the Award winning 3FILS, then you have to visit LongHill Brasserie ! The dishes are so exquisite that one cant stop to ask for more. Beautiful Boutique hotel situated in Al Jadaf, airy and beautiful array of planks on the walls giving a warm feeling. We ordered the mouth watering Salmon Carpaccio , it's so light but bursting with flavours. The Kale n Crab salad was to die for ,with the crunch and zesty taste. Aaah so good ! Truffle fries is a winner with thin strips of fries sprinkled with parmesan cheese. From mains we had the award winning Wagyu Sando, the toast was made to perfection so soft and one bite with the wagyu gives u a sensation of such luxury of perfect taste. Crab linguine was a treat and lamb goulash was a melting pot in the mouth. Black Cod is cooked to a soft flaky feel. Lamb Tenderloin served with mashed potatoes n charred greens was a delight. The service is exceptional, always on look out and giving suggestions of what's best to order. All in All, this is my new favourite place to be ! Gastronomical food at it's best!!
A colleague introduced me to this hidden gem located in Jadaf at The Form Hotel. The restaurant, set off the hotel lobby, offered indoor seating and an outdoor terrace. The wait staff were friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered burrata for starters, then followed with steak and crab linguine for our mains. The steak was 'melt in your mouth ' tender while the crab was full of flavour and super spicy. For dessert we shared the most amazing French toast. Definitely worth a second visit.
