Kuhmuhne - Nürnberg

One of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten! What I loved about this place, they accommodated my request of having the hamburger Tailored made for me, w/out the bun, and gave me a huge salad instead w/out additional charge. My husband's hamburger (the Big Mamá was also superb! The vive is super cool and the price was very reasonable. I'll come back! The service was superb! Sascha, our waiter, was great!!

The tasty food! You have to be competitive since nowadays a burger restaurant appears every 100 yards. Friendly service, nice atmosphere and tasty burgers! The place is packed in the evening but you will always find a spot. They offer a weekly special, mine was the greek burger, haha, so i had to go for it.

In no way these 3 stars represent the restaurant in general, just the burgers. So before I continue, I have to mention that the service was great, the place has a cool vibe and has most of the elements to make it an outstanding place. All but the burgers. Yes they look amazing, but no. The burger menu looks interesting, with creative combinations and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. But the flavor, how can I put it, seems to be missing. You can barely taste the meat, which is what makes or breaks a burger, since it isn't as juicy as you could expect. There is also something strange about having cucumbers in a burger, it just doesn't fit. We tried two types: The Big Mama and the Mexiburger. I think both had the same issue. I do hope this time something wasn't right, I should give it another chance since everyone seems to love it. But if you've taste a real American burger, or the one from Mam Mam Burger, then you know what I'm talking about. Seriously, congrats on the service and the location though.
