Flurys - Nueva Delhi

Stayed there for 2 days, rooms were good, toiletries were provided and everything was nice. Breakfast buffet could have been better, desert section was nice but for the main food variety could have been there, only 1 type of juice and other things were there which seemed very basic given that this is a 5 star property. Location was great and staff were courteous

Decent hotel in terms of staff and hygiene. I had arrived earlier than the scheduled time of check in but the staff was courteous to accommodate me before. I know how difficult it is for hotel staff to carry out maintenance of the room in such a short space of time. Would have given 5 stars but the quality of in house dining was not upto the mark.

The hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well appointed with all the amenities one would want. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, wifi fast and toiletries luxurious. Breakfast was comprehensive, well cooked and delicious with a choice of continental English or Indian dishes. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in the hotel or in the restaurants. All staff took pride in their work and were great. Highly recommend especially for a hotel in the heart of Delhi.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall a decent experience. For us the location was perfect for the work we had to complete in New Delhi. Rooms could have been better for a 5-star hotel; However, housekeeping was perfect. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A lot of tourist attractions are in a few minutes' driving distance from the hotel. Other hotel amenities are as expected. 24/7 in-room dining is available.

One of the most ideal property in Connaught place area. Though the service standards are not at par with 5 star ratings. Rooms are old. Some wings are getting renovated, though not all. The bar and disc is one of the attraction of this property. Food is also good. Overall a nice hotel in this area in the price bracket it is getting sold.
