Very bad service and very slow to serve food. Today after ordering we were served 45 minutes later Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: MX$100–200 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Yesterday I went to the restaurant to eat and I have to say that I thought the food and the atmosphere were excellent. The only thing that leaves a lot to say is the service of the waiters since the waiters are not helpful at all, their service was very slow, they were not aware of the tables. The waiter treated me with a bad face and even left me with the word in my mouth while I ordered, plus there was no waiter in the area where I was looking after the tables. The worst of all was when paying, since I paid with a card, the waiter did not tell me that he had put the tip amount without telling me or asking me, I was a waiter a while ago and for that reason I understand that a tip should be given, but the service he gave us was terrible. Forcing customers to tip is illegal, I was about to go and complain but given the holiday I didn't want to make a fuss, the administration should be more aware of the service provided by the waiters, the food and the restaurant are very good. Given the service, I highly doubt I'll go again at some point and I don't think I'd recommend it unless the service changes. 0/0
