From the complete pandemonium of trying to find a parking spot on a beautiful spring Sunday to the limited items available on the brunch tables. More than once, we waited for various items to be brought out and refilled and never was a brunch attendant seen monitoring the food areas. McLoons is the next in the list of Sunday brunches that are failing miserably. Pictures don 't lie... Freshly Baked Breads a bowl of bagels, cut in half.
So I have been here a few times and I have always had a wonderful experience. Though this last time I went the service was slightly off where our table and the two tables around us all sat around waiting for someone to even come help us, nonetheless take our orders. Anyway I was able to grab the attention of the waiter Adam who was absolutely phenomenal. He stepped right up even when it wasn’t his tables to serve and still kept it fair to his coworkers. So I highly recommend requesting to be seated in Adam’s section to be guaranteed an outstanding customer service experience! Above all that the atmosphere and vibe is very nice and the food is good.
Staff were phenomenal for a busy Mother's Day dinner. Food was sub par from previous experiences, very disappointing!!
Over crowded, food was not warm. I’m frequent to this establishment and is usually great! Today food was terrible my server was great tho !!!
Food was amazing really me and my wife had an amazing time here. However, maybe it was just us but our table was completely forgotten, my wife ordered a glass of wine that we never got, it took a manager to come and take care of us because our waitress was nowhere to be found. Manager was amazing addressing the issue which is why our experience wasn’t horrible. Definitely will be back to give the service another shot. Overall is a great place.
