The employees here, especially on night shift, are extremely rude. EDIT: I came back here a couple days ago, this time during the day and was informed rather rudely that I could not get cigarettes through the self check-out, even though I have seen them do this before at other stores including this one!

Manger on today at like 2:00 pm was so kind and helpful!!! Thank you so much! I never leave reviews on places and this is my first one. That is how incredible this experience was.

I used the ATM at this location and it charged me a fee of $3 when it is supposed to be surcharge free. Beware!! And no it wasn't my bank that charged me, it was PNC!

A Tesla broke down in their lot. Called a tow company as the tow company was getting car loaded she came out an kept telling the tow tow operator to hurry up an move or she is calling the police….. The tow company they’re helping your customer in their time of need. When a vehicle breaks down things happen. Tow company was trying to do there job as sheets came out an continued to yell at the guy with threats of police… First thing first respect the tow guy it’s not his fault your customer broke down. Next it’s a 80k tesla let the guy do his job as he is not trying to damage the car. U have 95% of your lot still open for business give the guy a break…. Very unprofessional and ugly What power trip do you get by yelling at the tow guy how about you do your job a clean the store and make sure your people our doing there job….

Was close just across the street from my hotel always friendly staff no matter what time of day we stopped by morning or afternoon and food was awesome wish their was some Sheetz back home in EAST TENN !!!
