Pizza Hut - Nuremberg

It was very crowded, we entered the place with a baby trolley, one of the staff shouted to us IT' S FULL! IT'S FULL we returned and tried to sit near the main door with a baby and a kid. nobody care to us. Nobody!...I do not understand pizza hut how unhuman facility! even there's no baby change table in the toilet!!! I tried the change the baby diaper in front of my legs in the toilet

Pizza hut is pizza hut, can't expect more or less from pizza here, but waitress Anna helped us a lot and was very friendly always smiling

The food is good enough, standard Pizza Hut stuff. The service however was terrible. I was there with my family, four in total. My wife got her starter after the main course, and I didn't get my starter at all. Courses on the table are...served apart. Had to ask twice for the drinks. When the bill came and I mentioned that I hadn't gotten the starter that was on it, the waitress wasn't even suprised, that's saying a lot imho. The line was deleted, of course, but no kind of other compensation was offered. With all that it seems not even important that no kind word was exchanged or smile given during the whole service

Went there for dinner on a Friday afternoon. One of the best Pizza hut both in terms of service and food quality

I have ridden my bike, or walked by this location for years, but have only eaten there once, which is the subject of this review. The bottom line up front is the atmosphere was surprisingly nice, the pizza was tasty, but the price point was...excessive. You can purchase an equivalent size and quality pizza for a better price point at any number of Italian sit down or take out restaurants all over Nurnberg. I used a Groupon for a deal. I will use the remaining voucher for another purchase, but do not expect to return after that visit
