Mimma is a really amazing dame and creates fabulous kitchen that is prepared with freshly grown products and lovingly. highly recommended. beautiful apartment and surroundings. many thanks for their very generous hospitality.

Mimma is the best! she makes everything from ground up....homemade pasta, cousin, pasta sauce from tomatoes, which are grown in her garden, etc....we even had her homemade purple egg made from violet that she chose in the alps. we spent 3 summers in France and drove 2.5... hours to come to l’amite 13 times, our visiting friends every time. They all felt that the culinary experience was worth the drive. and mimma is fascinating....an ex-diplomat who once danced for charles de Gaule at the opening of the mont blanc tunnels and she was 7 longer driver. to see many souvenirs. every meal with mimma consists of many appetizers, a main course and a homemade desert, with a lot of wine. best to make reservations to make sure that she has time to prepare for her. in this summer we even drove out of paris to cook mimmas once in summer!
