Dairy Queen Grill Chill - nville

Every single time I come through the drive thru my order is made incorrectly and numerous things are left out. The staff always has an absolutely terrible attitude and always treat the guests as if they are the problem. When you try to call and make a complaint over their mistakes, you're lucky if you can get someone to pick up the phone, and when you do they have the same insufferable attitude. I'm not sure how you can fit this many incompetent people in one building, but goodness, something has to be done.

Garlic Parm chicken is always hot and fresh, the gentleman at the window was super helpful when I had an issue with my blizzard being liquidy, no questions asked, he immediately made up a new one that was thicker and flipped without spilling.

Like that they do Spring day free ice cream cone. It was still pretty good. ?

Great place! I have food allergies and the gal who waited on me told the grill people in the back, so my food wouldn't come in contact with the allergen.I was super impressed by her going above and beyond. This gal was very outgoing and super nice! Need more employees like her.Food was made to order and perfect.

They have really nice associates ?Love the $1.00 drinks before 10 and the tater tots today were great.
