Five Guys - O FALLON

Normally this location is very well run. Placed a mobile order. Get there and the burgers are sitting ready and I'm told it would be 3 minutes on fries. It took about 10 minutes because they forgot I was there. The manager on fry kept going up and taking orders at the register also and couldn't keep up well with doing both. The food quality today was not the same. One from sitting but two from having little bits of toppings not ordered ending up in the burger. This location is usually much better about all of this even when they are busy like they were today.

Not impressed with having a 12 dollar burger smash to the size of McDonalds cheeseburger.

Best burgers and awesome fresh cut fries! I love the major variety in toppings. It would take you forever to eat the same burger twice. The staff was phenomenally warm and welcoming...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a great meal here, have been to other five guys locations as well. Had a cheeseburger and fries and a drink. They’re pretty consistent with the quality across locations.

Su and I decided to grab a quick bite at Five Guys, located just off Green Mount Road, while coming back from St. Louis. The food came out just as we ordered, and there were plenty of hot, fresh French fries straight from the fryer. We’ll definitely stop by again. Give them a try; we think you’ll be happy with your experience!
