Feedback gevenI went there first because I had some gift cards. Being unfamiliar with the place made ordering a bit challenging. I had to sit down and pull up the menu on my phone to see what was available. I ended up ordering a Danish pastry to go, and I was quite disappointed with it. However, the sandwiches were good. The service was decent; the young woman at the bakery counter was helpful and friendly.
I occasionally go here and always order the Mac and cheese for Dine-In and never had problems. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most bakery items are not in stock when you go to dinner, but this is to be expected in a place that makes them daily so make sure to go earlier on the day for bakery items. Innocent errors are occasionally made on orders, but the staff is always helpful and repairs them quickly.
We visit here often and have always had speedy service whether in the drive thru or ordering at the counter inside. Food is consistently great and for overall experience, we have never been disappointed. We will continue to be regular customers! :
When I first arrived, I anticipated waiting about 30 minutes for my order. I noticed how many people were leaving while I waited. The restaurant was only about a quarter full when I entered, but now it's nearly packed, with people waiting for their orders. The staff seems overwhelmed and is working at a snail's pace. Although they appear to be busy, they're actually quite inefficient. I've seen several customers return to the counter to retrieve items that were missing from their orders. Overall, the experience has been frustratingly incompetent.
Ordered a salad from here and found a dirty leaf? we ordered delivery so im not sure if it was the driver who did this? but our bag was taped shut so I don't think they did? Either way this was really disgusting to see and I feel horrible knowing someone thought putting a dirty leaf from the road in my salad would be funny. This is seriously a health hazard someone could get sick. the only positive is that the manager was very understanding and nice and we got a full refund.
