Buffalo Wild Wings - Oak Creek

For the first time at Oak Creek. It was a very beautiful place in the area of Oak Creek. I'm going to BWW with my family and friends.

I would like to begin by saying that this whole pandemic customer service was terrible. Customers pay more for everything less in return....

The service at this restaurant was convenient, both online and in person. However, there were multiple instances where our food was mixed up, both with online orders and in-store purchases, resulting in some dishes being half eaten.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for enjoying drinks, burgers, and wings while watching the Brewers game. The food was incredibly tasty and our waitress provided excellent service. The only downside was the long wait for our food to arrive.

We had a large group and our last-minute decision to dine there was not an issue. The restaurant also accommodated separate checks for us. The sports on the screens were enjoyable. We got a bit rowdy but had a great time. Overall, we had no complaints.
