Culver's - Oak Creek

We got a bacon double burger with no bacon, onion rings that were already getting cold, and concrete mixers that were not only not what we ordered, but also half melted when they were brought out to the car for curbside. Love the food here but seriously guys, do better for what we pay for our food. Really disappointed.

Culver’s was a game changer! I was having a horrible day, and this place saved it. The food was yummy, the service was polite and fast, and the restaurant itself was cozy and clean. Would definitely visit again

Got the new PB, Bacon, and Jam. It was pretty good. The jam they use is very good. Not too sweet. It’s a good combination of flavors. Pro Tip: throw a few onion rings on the burger.

Butter is not only the heart of the heartland, it is the secret ingredient of better burgers. And custard is so much better than ice cream, especially with your favorite toppings and Culvers has them!

The past 2 times I 've gone to this culvers my food has been incorrect even though it 's just 2 burgers and 2 fries. They messed up the toppings on the burger which is everything except no tomato and no onion that 's EXACTLY how it 's ordered. Both times were in the drive thru. Both times the burger came with the wrong condiments. Not only that,but I waited 27 minutes for my food the first time 14 minutes this past time. It 's ridiculous that when going for quick easy through a drive thru,I 'm waiting just as long as if I went and sat down at a nice restaurant. Not only that,but to wait for my food AND get it incorrect? Completely ridiculous. This Culvers has gone downhill throughout the years and when located right by other restaurants, it 's worth it to just go somewhere else that can accommodate to quick and easy service with the correct order being given. Instead I 'm forced to go inside and get the correct food. Not only all of this,but when going to fix YOUR errors,I 'm told that the manager,in both cases being the OWNER(Alex),that he 's too busy to come and work out the problem since they 're so busy and too swamped .An OWNER being too busy to help his customers? How embarrassing
