Feedback gevenAbout 8:25 p.m., I was at Wendy's. Despite my slight accent, I can always connect with people. I was attempting to get a burger for my coworker. The middle-aged male African American employee taking my order at the drive-through was quite unpleasant and annoyed with me. Even though I was being extremely explicit and my staff attempted to help as well, he claimed he could not understand me. He refused to serve us and ignored us. Since I never experience problems like this and was prevented from ordering food due to an accent barrier, I felt that this was discriminatory. This is against Wendy for hiring people without doing a comprehensive background check on them, in addition to the employee. There has undoubtedly been an ethical transgression by the staff member.
The hot potatos were so awful!!!! Then they acted like they lost the potatos so bad experience!
A five-star experience this evening.Food was hot and tasted good.Staff was very pleasant and on top of things.The entire place was very clean !Parking: Parking lot was clean and well illuminated.I got a spot 10 feet from the door !
About what you expect from Wendy's. They have good salads.
