Pilot Travel Center - Oak Grove

I had a rather unsettling experience at this establishment. Someone kept persistently trying to enter the shower while I was in there, despite me yelling several times that I was using it. Additionally, there was no hot water. Overall, not a pleasant stay!

I stopped to refuel the motor home and decided to grab some lunch at McDonald's. Unfortunately, I had to place my order using a machine, with no customer service assistance available. I noticed that two customers ended up leaving without completing their orders because they were confused about how to use the machine.

Who came up with the idea to place the paid parking in the darkest and furthest corner of the lot from the building? Is there a reward for paying for that inconvenience?

I get tired of walking in to get my gas receipts at Pilot. The cashier was on their personal cell phone when I walked in. Seems like someone should have time to put paper in the machine if they have time to be scanning their personal phone. Weigel's alwaysoffers a free drink for you trouble. Shame on Pilot. I travel alot and find this receipt issue at most Pilots.

Place pretty clean? only issue is parking spots.. at night.. kinda sad that drivers will leave stuff like this ? like it?s a holding yard and it forces other drivers to have to sleep on exit ramps because of no parking? management should have this alltowed off
