Pizza Hut - Oak Grove

The staff was friendly, but my cookie was burnt, and I had to return to get the rest of my order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I don't plan on returning.

The pizza was fantastic, the cinnamon breadsticks were delicious, and the waitress provided excellent service.

It doesn 't matter how good the food is when the service couldn 't have been worse. I tried to order food for my whole family and get it delivered to my home. I had to make an addition to the order which you are supposed to be able to do. When I called, I kept being told nobody could find our order (2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 2 liter of pop). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and got hung up again. Called again and couldn 't even get a manager to speak to. Called one more time to hopefully get help and could not have been treated worse by the manager and other staff that kept trading off the phone. I will never dine here after how I was treated. I had to call corporate to get my order canceled and cancel the purchase with my credit card because they kept saying they couldn 't find my order that I had online and email confirmations for.

A topping of chicken is smaller than it used to be. Same with bacon. But still tasted great and was delivered promptly.

July 30th 2023 try to have a delivery and its 9pm and they are not delivering and supposed to be open until 10pm
