Giovanni's Pizza - Oak Hill

Great food hot and ready when I got there no wait at all highly recommend their red sauce it's great definitely my favorite sauce

Wow if I could leave 0 stars I would. If your pizza is made wrong and it probably will be don’t eat it because you won’t be able to get any kind of help unless you bring in the full pizza to show them that they messed up. Customer service was nonexistent. We ordered 1 16” pepperoni pizza on thin crust well done, was not on thin crust or well done. We also ordered a deluxe 16” well done on regular crust but it was on thin and undercooked completely. I’m assuming these mistakes were made due to the sunglasses the owner (completely rude) was wearing while working inside at 7:30pm. We called to see if we could just get a refund for one pizza even though there were two messed up! While calling we were greeted with nothing and told that we were out of town and new customers. In addition the owner claimed he never even got our order even though we placed it, picked it up, and paid in full. After realizing we did in fact have an order with him he refused to help with the mistake he had made. He said he wanted the pizza to be brought it and he would put it back in the over for us. He then said it had to be the full pizza, unfortunately since we did try to eat 2 pieces he wouldn’t accept. He then said we were trying to scam him and called us liars. We aren’t, we don’t lie, we just wanted to enjoy a good pizza while visiting my grandparents.

Store is run down and dirty. Manager was yelling at employees and just being nasty. The young blonde girl waiting on us was the only nice person there. The manager sounded like a pos. Kid-friendliness: Don't take your kids there unless you want them to hear the manager yelling at employee.

They close when they want and then you show up to pick your food and they blame it on you then try to charge you for it like it 's your fault...Make sure you don 't order from here. Most horrible customer service in life.They don 't close at 11... so don 't place an order past 9.The owner said I will close when I want to and don 't care I have never been treated so horrible in my life.Negative 5 stars if possible
