Little Caesars Pizza - Oak Hill

Food is wonderful. The boy who works on the window this day doesn't know how to do his job. You can't order what you want because it doesn't know how the register works.

Little Caesars Pizza is personally my favorite, although it is the cheapest. Not only is it the cheapest pizza place out there, the taste is just great. My pizza tonight was nothing less amazing and piping hot! I would recommend everyone to go and try their local little caesars.

I called to order. Everything was punctual and perfect. Very efficient workers. Fast place.

Beware of their new policy! According to the night shift worker if you don't stop at the speaker though you did (waited a minute before pulling around) and you've already paid online they can charge your card for the next order behind you! I called and spoke with Heather who states she is the store manager who lightly dismissed what happened and states it's confusion as orders would be out of place. I advised I would be calling corporate as I felt threatened with a penalty for passing up the speaker though she also admitted it was only 2 people working and that's an excuse for not answering the speaker

I give 2 stars because the phones are horrible! When you call to place an order you have to yell so they can hear you and they still can't and I can't hear them from the static! The food is always hot fresh and delicious but the phones need fixed.
