Mcdonald's - Oak Lawn

This restaurant experience was terrible! Everything was incorrect except for the soda. The fries were cold, the cheeseburgers had no cheese, and one had extra onions despite my request for no onions. The other burger had nothing on it at all.

I absolutely adore this McDonald's location. The food consistently tastes fresher here, especially the breakfast burritos. There is a charming elderly lady who is always working here. She is incredibly sweet and always goes above and beyond. She truly deserves a raise for her politeness and helpfulness.

I ordered the large breakfast which included pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and sausage. However, the sausage they served was different from the usual one found at McDonald's. I was very disappointed with the substitution.

Went through drive thru there was a facial hair in my fries. Went back inside was ignored by 3 people while they talked with each other finally I said excuse me and a lady gave me new fries. My bun is hard bleh ?

You receive the energy you give. Food is good, main thing is, the fries aren't always the best, in my opinion.
