Feedback gevenSince February 2022, my experience has steadily declined, leading to the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff is unwelcoming, and their approach is simply unacceptable. We are a group of six who have stubbornly continued to visit despite the terrible service. We've been coming every day from Monday to Friday over the past seven months for coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. However, today was the final straw, and we have decided never to return. We ultimately choose where to spend our money, and the owner should seriously consider having a conversation with the staff and management. We are not the only ones voicing complaints, yet there has been no improvement; things have only gotten worse. The service and management are simply unacceptable.
Surprisedly everything was great: fast, right and extremely nice. Usually you would wait, or they don't smile, or coffee is not hot enough or too sweet.
I frequently encounter issues at this Dunkin' location. Tonight, I visited at around 10:30 PM, and the worker peeked out of the drive-thru window but then disappeared and never returned to assist us. If he was alone and on a break, that's understandable, but it would have been better to simply let us know that they were closed briefly. There were other customers waiting in line as well. Corporate management really needs to address this situation.
They prepared my Iced Caramel Latte to perfection, and my bacon sourdough breakfast sandwich was served hot and fresh.
I've consistently had issues with my orders not being correct. None of the staff are wearing face masks, and the manager frequently yells and curses. One of my coffees tasted like just water, while the other was just milk instead of the iced caramel coffee I ordered. I'm very disappointed!
