Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria - Oak Park

I've experienced this place both as a customer and an employee, and it definitely deserves its 5 stars. The food is excellent, the staff are wonderful, and I really love the layout. The pizza is fantastic; I just wish they offered pineapple as a topping. If you're looking for similar restaurants that aren't as focused on pizza, I recommend trying Salerno's.

The food is excellent. However, be prepared for a wait to be seated and for your meal to arrive, as the restaurant is currently short-staffed with servers.

Lou Malnati's offers the best pizza in Chicago, and this was our first visit to this specific location. The setting is fantastic, with well-maintained decor both inside and outside. Our server was quick to take our order and brought our drinks promptly. My only complaint is that our server didn't refill our drinks as frequently as I would have hoped, especially on such a hot day.

It feels great to be back home from Florida! The service was outstanding, thanks to Sophia K who took excellent care of us. The drinks were spot on. I was so into them that I forgot to take pictures and finished them quickly. Lou Malnati's in Oak Park, you guys are amazing!

This was our first experience with Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, and I was truly impressed! A local recommended this spot to me.
