Maya Del Sol - Oak Park

The garden is great! The interior has 0 atmosphere so we only go in summer. Also, their Saturday hours in winter are very limited. It took me a while to find something I like. Chicken Enchiladas are just wonderful. Drinks are great. Service is great! Even outside.

To be honest I was about to rate this place with 4 stars, because of a bit slow service but the owner came and apologised for the delay so it is a 5star! The food was delicious and fresh, the place has a really good vibe atmosphere and of course I cannot say enough for the friendly and kind gesture of the owner(or manager) of this place. Well done sir, thats how customers should be treated wish more places were ran by these people

Food was great! I'm always worried about these fancy latin american places but the taste was very authentic. Chicken enchiladas were very good and the mangonazo drink I got for my partner was also really tasty. The outdoor seating is nice and refreshing. Prices are a bit high especially when you are only getting 3 small tortillas with your order, but would definitely come back

This place is a whole vibe!!! The outside patio is very cute, perfect for a date night or girls day drinking. Whew but I loved it. My husband and daughter had a great time. We started with some margaritas and the special of the day ceviche it was delicious. My husband had Ropa vieja and I had the Cochinita Pibil. My daughter had the cheeseburger sliders. We also had a side of rice and beans, Elote and dessert. We tried the cookie skillet with ice cream, churros and tres leche. The service was great thanks to Jayden (not sure how to spell his name) and the food was phenomenal. We will definitely will return!!!

Overall, I was very impressed with the food at Maya Del Sol. The chicken enchiladas with mole are to die for and I could eat one order every night for dinner! The service was unfortunately a bit disappointing. Our waiter was slow, and had a few mix-ups with our drinks and bill at the end of the night. However, service issues aside, the food was amazing (shoutout to the bottomless chips salsa) and I really enjoyed the atmosphere that the outdoor seating had to offer. I will definitely be returning to Maya to try more of what they have to offer.
