Worst Starbucks location i ever been, always slow, employees don't care at all, very unprofessional and disrespectful. Online order never ready, thay make me wait 15 min every single time
Gift Card Fraud!!! Horrible, horrible experience. Not only did these employees not give me my gift card or receipt back at the drive-thru, but one of them used my card to fraudulently purchase a venti-sized drink. Went through the drive-thru and before leaving the parking lot, realized I hadn't been given my gift card back, which had a substantial amount of money on it. When I went back to retrieve the card, not only did the employees inside the store fail to apologize but were completely disingenuous and rude. The whole interaction gave me a bad feeling so once I got home I checked my purchase history and saw that after they charged me for my order at 9:14 a.m., there was a separate charge at 9:18 (four whole minutes later) for a drink (a Venti--an iced shaken espresso with classic syrup) that I hadn't ordered. While this additional purchase was voided afterwards, I'm fairly certain it was only canceled because I went back into the store to demand my card back and had a rather unpleasant exchange with one of the employees who took offense to my being offended by his disingenuous attitude. What a racket!
The people that work there are absolutely AWESOME! But they keep closing early due to staffing issues! Sooo frustrating! Not good for customers or Starbucks. Starbucks needs to hire...and the right people that will push through for customer. UPDATE: Found out it's COVID Quarantine for the staff members, but they're keeping it on the DL. A little more understanding...better to be safe than sorry. But they should hire more to prepare...since COVID is here to stay. I hope all those that have it get better soon!
Nah, this one doesn't have it together sadly. And I miss the mom and pop coffee shops around that this pushed out, like Beanscene. I have had too many poor experiences here, mostly at the drive through. They've been open a while and still haven't gotten it together.
