Sushi House-oak Park

Absolutely one of the BEST restaurants I've been to! The box lunches were outstanding.. I had the Mongolian Beef, hubby had the wild salmon box, and my son had the steak box. We also ordered the Pink Lady and 2011 sushi rolls. The Pink Lady was beyond delicious! We would DEFINITELY go back when we are in this part of town!!

It is a great place to eat sushi in Oak Park. I enjoyed the food and the service. The classic California roll is my favorite, simple but really tasty. The portions are good for one and the food came quickly. The volcano chocolate cake was a delicious dessert. I totally recommended it.

I have tried all three sushi houses in oak Park for years and this is the best combo for quality and price and environment given the inflation and declining quality in many restaurants today. I had been a fan of another one but now I turn to vote for this one as the former changed their chef, followed by a poor rice and shrinking materials used for good roll. I had even been charged for an additional small dish of ginger. At the one, you should try the love boat, the sashimi is fresh and they give you enough wasabi and ginger. The rolls and maki are suprisingly soft but flexible because of the quality rice that you can tell: we ordered 2020 roll and la crimson (I may spell wrong but you must try the two!!!! . I will come back definitely!

This place is cozy and somewhat private to sit and eat. There are wall separators and the food is reasonable. I ordered a bento box and its tons of food for only 20 bucks its enough for two meals imo.
