Feedback gevenThis spot is incredibly refreshing on a hot day like today. I visited and found the service to be very friendly and welcoming. Although they got a bit busy while training a new employee, it only took a few extra minutes to take our order. Once it arrived, it was fantastic. The restaurant itself was very clean and pleasant. The ice cream cakes looked absolutely wonderful, making it difficult to decide on a flavor since they all appeared so delicious. In the end, I opted for the classic banana split!
Great desserts and ice cream, clean bathrooms, ornate and somewhat large interior for customer seating. However, some staff slack off a little by not cleaning tables, the floor, etc. Some staff can also be a little rude when asked for help or service. Usually though, most staff will keep the store cleaner and keep the friendly and kind vibe the store gives off. No matter the employees though, the food remains delicious, worth the drive, and somewhat clean.
Service was great and the employees were fantastic. But this place could use some cleaning up and tlc. The bathrooms were real bad and the ice cream case was super foggy.
Ordered a warm cookie sandwich. Did not get to choose what type of cookie I wanted and they did not want to warm up my cookie. To finish it she handed me the sandwich bare handed, no wrapper, into my hand. I’ve been here plenty of times and gotten the same order and never have I gotten a cookie sandwich made this badly. What’s the point of ordering a warm cookie sandwich if it’s not gonna be warm….
I made an order for a cake on March 2022, and I had the worst customer service from the general manager who called me at home yelling at me. She was complaining about an order that I made online and yelling why the order couldn’t be done by Monday 11:00 am when I made the order on Saturday afternoon. When I ask politely to not raise her voice to me because I was not her employee she stated that she was the general manager. That she was the only employee at the store and she asked me (still raising her voice in an aggressive attitude), offering me multiple pickup times options. By this time I was so irritated that I hang up the phone, not before telling her that I would let her supervisor know about this behavior. If the general manager of a business that I own is capable of such behavior, I can’t fathom what kind of culture or work environment this place has I just know that she messed up with the wrong customer. That’s when and I hang up the phone. This is the worst service I have ever received from any retail place ever. Baskin Robbins franchise you better fix this for the sake of your brand. I am available to anyone that want to contact me about this terrible experience.
