They refuse to transfer the calls from Crafters Brew to the kitchen and the Kitchen at Crafters Brew has stated, “The phone is broken” for the last year when I have stopped in to inquire. A lot of us work long, hard hours and have nights where we like to call in food and pick it up on our way home. It seems like they are purposely avoiding business.
