Which Wich has far superior sandwiches than a chain like Subway. I'm not trying to pick on Subway, because I like them too. But let me count the ways Which Wich, and this establishment in particular, is better than the average Subway I've been to. The store feels more spacious and vibrant. The restrooms, in this one anyway, are better. More cheese and veggie options. The bread tastes better and fresher. Writing your order on a paper bag is fun. Milkshakes! If you haven't tried them, I very much recommend you do so. The only negatives, and they are small: you can't as easily micromanage the particulars of how your sandwich is made. They shout out your name when it's ready, and sometimes it's hard to hear.
I went to Which Wich on March 9 at 4:30pm in Oak Ridge. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so one of the Sandwich makers named Natalie came from behind the counter to help me with my selection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. My sandwich was made by another very friendly young lady named Morgan who told me that this was the first day of her first job. Another young lady whose name I can't remember was also very friendly and helpful as I selected the toppings on my sandwich. These days I am so used to barely being acknowledged when I order at a fast food restaurant it seems like good customer service is a thing of the past, so to experience such friendly helpful service was a wonderful surprise. My sandwich was given to me quickly and it was delicious. I will definitely be visiting Which Wich in Oak Ridge again soon and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a delicious sandwich delivered with exceptionally friendly and helpful customer service
I love this place. I always get my sandwich with a smile. They have a huge selection so even the picky Easter in the family can find something to fill their tummy. I get the Gyro which is on the favorites card. Real deal meat. These are not dethawed cold cuts. Oh yeah don't forget to download the app and start earning points. Before you know it you'll be getting b free food.
The sandwiches were okay. It's a cafeteria style self serve restaurant. The seating area was okay, but not really comfortable. The restroom facility was not that good; the sink faucet required 100 percent of one hand to allow the water to flow while your other hand is lathered and being rinsed. I doubt employees or customers wash their hands properly with this type of faucet. I've had they're salads and they are nothing more than sliced meats in a salad and not really worth it.
