Caribou Coffee - Oakdale

Very unorganized. asked to use a free drink. we were accused for all our drinks. we ordered a medium drink and got a little instead, and then we asked if we wanted to change to the little ones because that was so, and we said no, because we're paying for a medium. then we had another medium drunk and it came out small again. then the type asked which size it should be, and we said medium, and here they put the order wrong and said it was small. the type was rude and told us we had to take the drink. terrible service.

The brevé that I ordered was almost entirely steamed milk with no added flavor and almost no taste of coffee. The liquid was almost white which has me questioning if they missed a set of espresso shots while making it.I have had this problem about every third visit to ant Caribou location and it has caused a shift to local coffeeshops that care about consistency and customer aervice.

Always have problems at this location. Hours change constantly, lobby hardly ever open for studying, charge me for food they don't have and have to refund me after the fact. I keep trying to give this store a chance because of the location, but I'll be going to Starbucks from now on. At least they are consistent!
