Jack In The Box - Oakdale

Convenient location for the trip from the bay area to Yosemite. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. The soda fountain is the kind that uses a screen to make your choice, and it seemed like most of the options were available. I love those fountains because they have Fanta Peach (and this Jack stocked it). The food was prepared quickly, which is unusual since breakfast always seems to take longer than regular burgers. I had no complaints with my breakfast burger, and neither did anyone in my group. The response time from the crew did seem slow, as if the overwhelming priority is the drive thru over the walk in customers. Once they were giving us attention, it was good and quick too. The only thing that was a downer was not even related or controlled by the restaurant really. Another customer was rude and continued to try to get into the restroom while I was inside, no matter what I said to the effect that it was occupied. The issue was more that the staff opened the restroom for me but gave the code to this woman, allowing her to behave in this manner.

It was fantastic!!! I had an emergency. I came at 11pm you're the only decent food place open 24 hours. I spent about 21$. Everything was great!!! You have the best onion rings, I've ever tasted anywhere. I'm 66, so I've had a few. I don't know why I've never had them. The people who were working, massde me feel like, they own the place, as a family operation. They made me feel like family. They were perfect!!! That was at the drive thru!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciated them. MY best friend of 50 years was in the ER, at Stanford. They listened and said they would pray for her, when I asked them. The Girl that took my ordered was tall with beautiful brown hair. If she isn't already, she needs to be an owner of one of your franchises and raise or promotion. She couldn't have been nicer, when I needed some one to calm my worries and nerves. I didn't get her name, but she was a angel to me. Thank you so much!!! Desiree Bennett Oakdale California.

The food came quick. The staff was helpful. The place was clean.

Joe assisted me during my visit, and even though he was occupied with a menu change, he took the time to make me feel as though I wasn't interrupting him at all. He was wonderful. It's refreshing to receive service from such a courteous gentleman. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent service, and the food was impeccable!

I went through the drive-thru, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My Munchies Box was fantastic, and the fries were cooked perfectly—thankfully, they weren't all broken into tiny pieces. The double chicken sandwich I ordered was also outstanding; I’ll definitely be getting it again soon!
