This restaurant is constantly on the hill over the years. It is kosher, so observing Jews do not have much of a choice if they want to eat Chinese.

I had dinner with my friends last night. very happy with all meals we ordered, food fresh and tasty, price is reasonable, definitely be back.

Sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, salmon teriyaki is the best choice, beef on the stick,pan roasted gyoza,wonton in garlic sauce could be good appetizers.

Best food in the world. Chang moa has the best Chinese food and best people running it.
