Bahama Breeze Oakland Park

Pasta was too soft, not “al dente” as requested. In general food quality was below of the standard of Bahama Breeze

Going there during happy hour is a great deal. Many of the appetizers were half price and delicious. My favorites were the coconut shrimp and the Jamaican wings.

I ordered the chips and guacamole and the chips were stale and the jerk shrimp pineapple bowl the rice in the bowl tasted old and was hard.

The server was nice, but the wait for the food was long. We ordered drinks and they took forever to come. The last one we ordered didn’t even get to the table by the time we were done eating.

Drove out of the way to go. Online said open until and we had a reservation for Get there and host says I’ll check on your table. Then comes back and says my manager says not to seat you because we close at and short servers. I know it’s a problem lots of places but turn off the open table availability if that’s the case!! Wasted time then it was even harder to find a place open after traveling all day. Thankfully they took good care of us down the road at Peter Pan diner.
