Food was really good. Place is VERY small. Service was efficient if not overly friendly.

Would give the restaurant five stars, but there was a family having a birthday lunch while braiding each other's hair at the table, while people (their table included) were eating. It was disgusting.

Excellent Everything. Love this restaurant. Food, ambiance, energy, they keep getting better, who knows where it will end. Seriously, our favorite restaurant in Rockridge.

Valentine's Day is not a good occasion for rating a restaurant on its service. The small, spare restaurant was packed with diners, and the wait staff had difficulty keeping up. The food, however, was brilliant. We started with small plates of battuta and vitello tonnato and then moved on to the pasta. The casoncelli is addictive: once you've tasted it, you'll have a hard time ordering anything else on subsequent visits. Definitely fit for foodies.
