Feedback gevenWow where do I start. I ordered Boston Market Thanksgiving Catering for and event of 50 people and paid well over $1k. Once 30min passed the expected delivery time I called the catering service, no answer for 30 minutes. I then called the direct line to Aaron who processed my order, and he told me he only places the ordered and I need to contact the actual store. He gave me the number to the Fremont location, but my invoice had the Oakland store number on it. I called both several times and no answer. Anyways, the catered Thanksgiving meal for my event never came and I did not receive a call back from the company. Don't waste your time or money. There are better options out there. Very unprofessional.
This place is slowly going down. The staff is nice but the food quality and prep has become sub par and now they only accept CASH! Management have this janky sign on the register saying In order for the employees to be paid on time they on accept cash. WTH??? I've gotten veggies from here that's been frozen at the center and the last time I went last Friday my mac n cheese was basically missing the cheese. Why would the employees even serve that knowing it's lacking? Well doing things like that got them this review!
This location is not where you want to eat. Not clean, paper signs as the menu with hand written prices. Food options have severely been impacted to where they no longer offer corn bread! They give thanksgiving rolls that came out of the multi pack which are cold and dry! No more spinach dip as a side dish. Mac and Cheese taste like it's Kraft out of a box. Chicken very dry and no longer roasted. Taste like it was oven baked one side up!What's ever crazier is they still charge the premium price for items that are subpar!I'll never be back!
Baby back RRRRRRRIBS mushed sweat potatoes and cobless corn. I think its totally worth the $22 for gangster breakfast once a week
This is for an order that was to be delivered. Two minutes after I received a teXt that the order would be delivered in about five minutes, I received another teXt saying that the order had been cancelled. A few minutes after that I got another teXt saying that the food would be delivered soon. Soon after that I received ANOTHER teXt informing that the delivery had been cancelled and that I should contact the store. The store didn't pick up any of my calls
