Extreme Pizza - Oakland

I'm so happy Extreme Pizza opened on Grand Avenue! There is a large variety of food to choose from. The customer service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. Very clean great environment to watch your favorite sport team. I can't wait to go back and try more on the menu.

I dropped in to grab a quick slice and ended up with an individual pie and a salad, all to my satisfaction The person behind the counter was kind and knowledgeable and there was no line. There was one table inside with two chairs where I waited shorty after a brief walk about while my order was prepared. Less than 15 mins. total from the time I got there. The soda fountains and beer taps were on the fritz tho... That's why 4 stars vs 5.

Updating my review from 1 star to 4 as the manager next day refunded me the full amount for the uncooked pizza. I've ordered from here plenty of times and this was thr first time I had extremely wet and uncooked dough on my pizza so I'm glad they did the right thing at the end. I still order from them.

The pizza was kind of burnt and super greasy. We had to wipe it down with napkins before we could touch it. The staff were very nice though. The cashier was super busy and still made time to ask me how my day was going.
