Kfc - Oakland

This is what they are serving now. Chicken little is chicken anorexic! So dissatisfied.

Kfc/tacobell the ladies who work there are very nice. And they make sure your order is correct. The guys, they try.. unfortunately I've had better experience with the women. The guys rush and aren't every accurate with the order. Unless youspeak Spanish. I've had my daughter order in Spanish and it was a better experience then when I ordered for myself smh but allin all I appreciate the location, and the employees.

I feel like I was deceived today when I realized that the piece of food I received had been fried twice, making it less fresh. It was disappointing and not what I expected from one of my favorite dishes.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. The worker handling my Burrito opened it with the same hand that had just taken money from me, and then tried to pass it back to me through the drive-thru window without any lettuce. This was very unsanitary. Despite my request, they refused to make a new Burrito and the worker had a terrible attitude. I asked for a refund and will never be returning to this place again.

The food preparation at this restaurant is very sloppy, as the items are often poorly wrapped or assembled, resulting in ingredients falling out or dishes falling apart. Burritos are not fully wrapped, crunch wraps lack crunchiness, ingredients are unevenly distributed, sauces and items are frequently forgotten. It's unfortunate, especially considering this is the nearest Taco Bell location.
