Feedback gevenI waited 30 minutes for a hot and ready pizza, which had more crust than toppings. The day before, my hot and ready pizza was more like old and stale, and there wasn't enough to serve. To make matters worse, the place was overcrowded with people packed in like sardines waiting for their orders. The staff seemed quite taken aback. I would recommend going to the next pizza place instead.
The food was fresh, served quickly, and very affordable. It was definitely an improvement compared to my last visit.
I mentioned that they discarded my order, and I was there at the scheduled pick-up time.
On the 8th/13 I have placed a mobile order for pizza at Oakland MD location for a pick-up time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30, my order was not only ready, it had never been tried. No communication that the store was unable to keep the pickup time. No estimate when it would be available. The employee reaction was me, BFS gives me no help. I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is aware, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, but nothing new, as is what Marshall (BFS Founder/Owner) at its locations allows and expects. Very disappointed, but not surprised today, how again this reflects the culture that Marshall crashed at BFS.
This place needs to stop being so sloppy. No excuse for a pizza to be like this. So much sauce the cheese slides right off. After trying to eat it, the star went to 2. It's disgusting
