Oakland Asian Bistro

The delivery driver was very very rude. he first did not come out of his car, then when i figured out it was him and i approached his car to give him the money and ask for change for tip he told me this is not a pizza place we deliver chinese so when i came back inside my coworker went out instead and he was even more rude to her. practically threw the bag out the window at her. when we called to complain the owner defended him!!! she said he was sick and was having a bad day. well if he was sick then he should not be around food. I would stay clear of this place.

The absolute worst Chinese restaurant ever. Price gouging and real nasty attitude. Called to place a lunch special at 2:45 pm knowing all chinese restaurants lunch special last from 11 am to 3 pm. The woman picked up and said lunch specials were over and I had to buy the normal priced one. Then they don't have any small choices it's only one size and it's way over priced. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you very much.

Not sure what all the complaining is about in the reviews. I think their food is pretty tasty and prices are reasonable. Would recommend the lo mein as it's one of the only places that isn't too greasy. Thanks Oakland Chineese, I'll always be a customer : .

Worst Chinese restaurant ever!!! I found a fly in my food. Made my husband throw up. When I complained, I was told to bring the food back to get my money back. When I got to the restaurant the owner accused me of putting the fly in the food. He said, Do you always do this? Then he said we ate most of the food which was untrue. He also tried to give me a partial refund, grudgingly. I told him I wanted all of my money back and nothing less. He said, The next time this happens you shouldn 't eat all of the food. I told him that we did not eat all of the food. Due to the owners lack of decency he lost a loyal customer. Do not give this restaurant your business. I 'm going to file a complaint with the heath department.

Ordered from here tonight. Woman on the phone was rude. Then they were rude to us when we picked up the food. Save your money and go someplace where your patronage is appreciated.
