Powderface - Oakland

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely rude. After ordering my breakfast, I asked the lady if there was a bathroom nearby. She initially said no in a condescending manner, despite me explaining that I had traveled a long way from Stockton via public transportation. She then pointed her finger and rudely told me to go ask security for directions to the restroom. When I returned to the counter, I expressed how disrespected I felt by her behavior and told her to keep the food and drink I had just ordered. I believe in giving to others to brighten their day, but unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Beignets are fresh and super. cripples are hearty. coffee is good.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The beignets here are the best I've ever had and truly delicious.
