The birria tacos were delicious. I could have used a little more hot sauce, the lack of extra sauce did not take away from the yumminess at all.

Absolutely outstanding. The birria is phenomenal, and the brisket was particularly delicious.

The quesabirria was very underwhelming for me. The consume came with noodles and was extremely bland. I could get over the noodles but the consume has to be flavorful its what makes quesabirria so good.
