I'm giving Hive 5 stars because they are a great addition to the neighborhood and have the most delicious coffee, americanos and dirty chais.

Best breakfast sandwich ever. Egg, Swiss, tomato, lemon-dill mayo on challah bun - all toasted in the panini maker! Also, super friendly staff and chill vibe.

I used to go to Farley's in dt oakland to get work done, but i think Hive will be my new go to spot.
