The food was undercooked, with the dough still cold to the touch.

Asked for some attention to my order because the self serve kiosk didn?t allow me to specify a substitution of shredded cheese in place of cheese sauce. Was fully ignored by the young male cashier while he helped four of his friends. When i brought it tohis attention AGAIN he just went and grabbed the order and handed it to me with a ?sorry?. He also didn?t even include the sauceI requested. Way to phone it in, kiddo.

The staff was extremely rude. My car broke down, and I had to wait for assistance. They spoke in Spanish, seemingly unaware that I could understand them, and made comments about me, my spouse, and my car. It was very unprofessional.

This restaurant consistently gets my orders wrong. I can’t decide what’s more frustrating: my choice to return here hoping for improvements, or the staff themselves. I ordered a deluxe craving box, expecting it to come with chips and cheese—what I received was just two servings of cheese and no chips! I know it sounds like a minor issue, but when small mistakes happen so frequently, it becomes very irritating. At this point, I wouldn't mind seeing robots take over your jobs. It’s laughable that some of you believe you deserve more than minimum wage!
