I haven't had fast food for a long time as I savour my home cooked food but onced in a while, I like to grab a KFC twister when I'm on the go. I always do

Understaffed!! 1 poor girl serving a huge line of people. Gave great service, while some young guy out the back doing absolutely nothing kept coming out to look, walk around and walk right out the back again.

Young staff poorly trained. Saw a server drop a serviette onto the floor, pick it up, and put it back in the serving area. Unsure how to process an Entertainment book voucher.
