24 hours? I have to go through the 11 and come to find some chairs that block the drive. I try to go in the lobby to open the door when a worker from his car jumps from the parking say that they are on a “30 min lunch”. the whole place was closed. he asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager for the staff. guessing as there is no manager, the staff will guide the place as they please: . that is jack for them

Very poor costume service, the ladyname ivette who works in the drive thru was so rude. fyi we are costumers and we have paid for what we get, we don't need any extra setting fitness. Woman if they are not happy at their job just do not share, they show it with everyone when they are abusive, they simply do their job professional. no longer make business in this area, not even earn 1 star, but I must write my review.

This place claims to be open 24/7, but I've found that it is closed half the time during the night. It's quite disappointing.

Service is always slow and when paying with a card they always wait till after giving you your order before giving your card back and that's if they even remember to give it back at all. If the drive thru is open then their lobby is closed and vice versa

Please open your store so we can come in and place our orders. I really dislike drive-thrus. Other fast food restaurants are allowing customers to order inside, but Jack in the Box is not. It's time to do the right thing and open up.
